Thick tire style on HT81S

Does this kind of tire fit an HT81S ? Personally I do not think so, the car is a bit too small for the tire and the proportion of the car to the tire doesn't match.
Anyway a great effort by the owner, but why does he/she choose the words "Suzuki Racing" rather than using a tire brand name ?
Hmm.......matt black front and rear bumper together with additional flaps on the front bumper too.
Did I see a duct tape on the rear panel ?
An aura of bad boy emitting from the car is what I feel.
