Real low rider

That is one low rider, large GT-wing and front lip. How the hell he drive on the street ?

I just can't brain this. Is it on air suspension ? Just let me know how the owner do it.

Anyway, the colour are nice, deep maroon. Is the photo modified or it is in real maroon ?
