Apparently, it is not. Just an old recall but the interesting fact is Suzuki still doing this recall after so long. The ignition switch replacement recall was done back in 2015 based on my recall. This recall is not the only one done to HT81S or HV81S, there are around 3 safety recall to the model. If you haven't done any of them, it is best to check your service record.
