Drag race standoff or just car park showoff

The photo above look very nice. I wonder if this situation is on the drag strip and what the result will be. 0-100 ? 0-400m etc.
All are nice car especially the middle two. I am biased.
Anyway, how do they tweak the photo to look like this ? When does it took the photo ? Morning or evening, I have no clue. It look pretty blue in this composition.
