Aftermarket air filter position

 Which one is your favourite ? Left or right , short or long ? The easy way to go is the short left side. The difficult way is the long right side.

Some say the shorter version is a heat magnet where the radiator heat will dissipate into the filter during operation while the longer version will have cold air feed during operation. 

What is your opinion ? Drop me a comments below. 

The other interesting thing that I wish to highlight on the above longer version is the usage of PVC piping and connector for the modification. Is it suitable ? Strength and durability ?
