Clutch release failure

This is a nightmare for Ht81s owner, as reported by Monster Edogawa shop in Japan there is a case where the clutch release fork were broken resulting failure in clutch operations. The main reason are unknown but from their picture you can see the fork were broken at the connecting rod. I suspect is the weakening of the material resulting the failure.
Monster Edogawa also recommend for the replacement of this part during changes of clutch to be on the safe side. They also suspect that the installations of heavier clutch leads to this failure.
For those owners (including me) that had installed heavier clutch please beware of this problem.
