Monster Sport Engine Step 2 Tuning Guide

This is the latest video from Monster Sport for step by step tuning from Step 1 to Step 2! You can get from 125ps to 160ps & 15kgm to 17kgm. No turbocharge or supercharge, just pure NA! But from what I can see, you need to spend almost RM 30k for a complete tune and you can't really use it in our roads. Why ? Because this tuning will be set to 12.2:1 compression ratio, without RON100 fuel, you really can't enjoy or use this engine.
Just to remind you, this tuning is for ZC31S not for HT81S! But most of the component can be used in the HT81S, so I will list down all the parts require for this tune!

First let see the video :-

Cheers

  2. 5w30 or 0w30....i stop using 40 or 50 grade oil quite some time as it is heavier to use.

  3. ahh ok may i ask how many kilometers/miles ur car have driven, 5w30 sounds pretty thin! my car have 118.000 km on the engine btw

  4. Grade 30 oil is not thin. It is actually recommend by suzuki in its owner's manual. If you rev the engine hard or track use, then thinning may appear but you can always install oil cooler to compensate it.
Anyway, my engine had run 220k...

  5. ahhh i see!!! thanks alot for the info. I just thaugt that a engine with wear and tear shouldt use an thicker oil,

  6. Remember to fill the oil just between the lower quater level of dip stick.
Over filling of engine oil will make the engine more difficult to rev up.
